Dr. Agostini has spent his entire career in the field of education and has over 20 years of experience working with students and families. He started his career as an English teacher and particularly enjoys helping students develop their personal statements and admission essays. His experience in school leadership includes serving as Head of School at Temecula Preparatory School, Board President of Capitol Collegiate Academy, and Executive Director of Sierra Music Academy.

Dr. Agostini understand the rigors of today's high school curriculum, including the balance of Honors/AP/IB courses in a student's schedule. He advocates for a focused approach to students' academic and extracurricular pursuits. Having served for 13 years as an alumni admissions interviewer for Yale University, he knows what the most selective colleges are looking for in their future students. He is a member of the Western Association of College Admissions Counselors.

Dr. Agostini earned his B.A. from Yale University, an Ed.M. from Harvard University, and an Ed.D. from Drexel University.
